The figures themselves seem closer to your current style though and the colours in your older style seemed somewhat sharper... I don't know.

I can understand that. The intensity factor makes sense.

i don't really know, i usually have an extremely light hand with my painting/drawing and i usually like to leave a tiny space between the paint applied and the pencil

it then usually sort of seeps closer, but safely to the pencil.


also don't use so much water.


[my trick is to apply paint to the brush and then stroke the moist brush on another piece of paper, then apply it to the actual piece..i don't know if that makes sense : / i really really should do some sort of tutorial XD ]

haha thank you know totally makes sence i wasnt sure if you just had a good hand..cut the figures out of another sheet or used like a white crayon effect.
